1. In charge of all incoming and outgoing cash and payment.
2. Manage client billing and account receivable
3. Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts
4. Preparing journal entries for all transactions
5. Maintaining documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury
6. Preparing financial reports
7. Preparing tax reports and ensure tax are paid and reported in a timely manner
8. Assisting top management in budget creation and preparing budget realization
9. Teaching, monitoring, and correcting intern’s work
10. Analyzing financial statements and providing informations asked by management

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
2. Have a good knowledge in journal, balance sheet, and financial statement
3. Logically and analytically minded
4. Numbers friendly and detail oriented
5. Able to keep all confidential documents and data
6. High accuracy and well organized
