1. Monitor all comments and DM on social media (Instagram, Twitter, FB, Youtube, etc) including for complaints, comment on giveaway, quiz, etc
2. Response to all comment and DM on social media (Instagram, Twitter, FB, Youtube, etc) including for complaints, comment on giveaway, quiz, etc
3. Make a recapitulation for comments or DM amount (optional-if needed by client or team)
4. Make a monthly report (optional-if needed by client or team)

Requirements

1. Minimum diploma degree in Administration or related field
2. Experienced as Social Media admin or social response
3. reat in verbal and written conversation
4. Bright personality
5. Able to finish the tasks within the deadline
6. Responsive and good problem solver
7. Able to work in a team but responsible in individual tasks
